Ingredients: 400 g (2 pouches) FRUPPIE Pineapple; ¼ cup (60 ml) water; 1 tbsp lime juice; 6 fresh mint leaves, finely chopped; 2–4 tbsp sugar, to taste

Instructions

Stir everything together until the sugar dissolves, then chill the mixture for 1 hour.
For a smooth, scoopable sorbet: churn in an ice cream maker following its instructions, then freeze 2–3 hours to firm up.
No machine? Freeze it in a shallow pan and scrape with a fork every 45 minutes for about 4 hours — you'll get a flaky, granita-style ice instead of a creamy sorbet.

Once opened, keep FRUPPIE in the refrigerator and use it within 1 week.
